Dan Frey was born and raised in Georgia, and spent more than 15 years working within corporate businesses. He left corporate in 2007 to start his first of many businesses.

These experiences helped Dan learn that leadership teaching is useless without meaningful application and good intentions are only valued through effective actions.

He became a founding member of GiANT Worldwide, now a global leadership consultancy and went on to co-found GiANT Southeast.

Through the implementation of simple, yet memorable, principles, GiANT Southeast provides leaders with a foundation to both promote healthy work cultures and build important relational dynamics between team members.
