Brandon has a passion for business and adding value to other leaders.

He has been blessed with incredible friends and colleagues who have helped him navigate life and business, and now, he gets to pay it forward. Brandon spends much of his time walking with other leaders to help them navigate their own issues.

Married to his sweetheart (Nancy) for 30+ years and with 4 kids, Brandon loves his family and is very active in his church and community.

Education and Experience

Born in Marietta, GA, Brandon grew up and attended Cobb County schools. He graduated as the valedictorian of McEachern High School in 1993. He went on to Georgia Tech, graduating with honors with a BIE in 1997.

While at Tech, Brandon was very involved in multiple leadership and social campus organizations and played on the 1994 College World Series, National Runner-up Georgia Tech Baseball Team.

From August 1997 – December 1999, Brandon worked as a consultant/senior consultant for Ernst & Young, LLP in Atlanta.

He then joined Gaskins Surveying Company in January 2000 as the Director of Operations.

He became president and CEO in March 2006 and acquired the company in 2010 from the founder, Johnny Gaskins. Since the beginning of his Gaskins tenure, he has implemented systems and organization and has worked to grow the business organically and through acquisitions.

In November 2021, Gaskins merged with another outstanding engineering company, LeCraw Engineering, to form Gaskins + LeCraw. Gaskins + LeCraw now employs over 150 employees in 5 locations in Georgia as serves 15 states, mostly in the southeast.

Through his time at Gaskins he became familiar with GiANT and began using the GiANT tools and language to develop himself as a leader while running the company and developing others.

Through his affiliation with GiANT Southeast and GiANT Worldwide, he serves multiple leaders and companies providing leadership development and coaching.

Brandon also co-owns a construction company, called Integrity Construction Management. ICM provides construction management and general contracting services for residential and commercial clients in Georgia.

Hobbies and Fun

In his down time, Brandon enjoys traveling with family and friends, playing golf and pickle ball.
